Introducing the With Love Group Wellness Support Worker Certification
This certification is designed to equip support workers with the necessary knowledge, skills, resources, and tools to provide excellent care and grow with the company. Upon completion of all trainings, you will receive a certificate and be eligible for bonus pay.
Part 1: Introduction
The curriculum begins with an overview of the Certification and continues with an introduction to With Love Group, where you will learn the company history, values, and what makes our agency different to the standard in the home care industry.
Part 2: Foundations of Care and Our Services
In Part 2, you will learn compassionate, personalized, and holistic care techniques and tools to use in your role, as well as the services and packages we offer to our clients.
Part 3: Company Procedures
In Part 3, we will go over company processes for reporting, using care plans, Celayix, and other technology at With Love Group to ensure you are comfortable with the new changes.
Part 4: Conclusion
In Part 4, we will recap the key points of each part of this certification, answer questions, and provide a vision for the future of home care. Lastly, we will congratulate you on participating.
Receive Your Certification
Upon completing all the modules in this course and earning 75% or more on the assessments, you will receive your Certificate of Achievement, awarding you with recognition for committing to your continuing education.
Earn Bonus Pay!
With Love Group support workers who complete this certification will be eligible for an exciting new bonus pay structure which will be explained in this course.
